Brett Williams’ interest in motorsports started at an early age. His grandfather was an avid dirt oval driver and his father was involved in drag racing. He became hooked on drifting after his first drift event in a Nissan 350Z at PARC back in 2013. He soon realized that his Z was too nice so ended up selling it and replaced it with another one in worse condition – ready to be abused. After building that chassis a bit he decided that he wanted to take his future in drifting in another direction.
When Chris Forsberg brought his Infiniti M56 to PARC for the Tuerck’d Drift Bash event he was inspired to build something similar. Being a husband and father of two beautiful children it felt natural for him to build a “drifttaxi” and aim towards having fun instead of any sort of competition.
His wife, Jessica, has been his biggest supporter and has developed a genuine passion for the sport as well. This of course is the only way any of it is possible for him. It’s a real joy for him to give people their first “in car” drift experience at every event he attends!
